Our projects
In its account, the company has as developed projects:
- Multi-apartment residential complexes for various social purposes with built-in facilities of service and infrastructure, from 15,000 m2 to 70,000 m2 of total area, which were commissioned and received positive feedback from consumers.
- Apartment buildings from 5,000 to 8,000 m2 of total area, several dozen designed and built individual residential houses of the elite class.
- Reconstruction of buildings and structures in Almaty was carried out for various purposes and areas, under administrative and commercial buildings.
Over the period of its existence, the company participated in the development of design documentation for civil, residential, administrative and industrial buildings and structures in the Republic of Kazakhstan. In particular, such cities as Almaty and Almaty region, Astana, Atyrau and Aktau.
The company regularly participates in government procurement for the design and reconstruction of civilian facilities. Among the carried out projects: the construction of school No. 168 in the Medeu district of Almaty, the reconstruction of the Karagalinka riverbed in the Nauryzbaysky district of Almaty, the company has been actively involved in housing modernization program in Almaty in recent years.
